Hospitality Asset Management - Dolce Hays Mansion Conference Center, San Jose, CA
Description of Project:
HTL Hospitality Advisors is acting as a Hospitality Management Consultant, was appointed by the City of San Jose, CA as the asset manager for the 214-room, four star, resort & spa, conference center with 24 meeting rooms and 33,000 square feet of first class, meeting space. The historic, resort hotel located on 26 acres in Silicon Valley area of Northern California was originally constructed by the City at a cost exceeding $70 million. Tony Dimond is the lead advisor on the assignment which has included selecting Dolce Hotels & Resorts (owned by Wyndham Hotels) to manage the property and negotiating the long term management contract. Other primary responsibilities include ongoing over site of the facility’s operations, budget reviews, renovation coordination and reporting to the City of San Jose.
