Hyatt Place – Delano (Bakersfield), CA
HTL assisted its client from the inception of this four story, 100-room, upper mid-market hotel development which includes a café and lounge, 3,850 square foot ballroom divisible into four smaller meeting rooms, 3,000 square feet of adjacent garden meeting space, fitness room and pool/spa. Initially we worked with the owner to identify the best franchise opportunity for the site followed by assistance in the contract negotiations. Once secured, we worked with the architect to optimize the building layout for the site and coordinated closely with the owner and the various development team members including the general contractor, lender, FF&E purchasing agent and installation company. We performed all the pre-opening services in a timely manner to meet Hyatt’s requirements to open the hotel including among others the hiring and training of the hotel staff and implementation of a sales, marketing and revenue management strategy.
Hyatt Place & Hyatt House – Pomona (Los Angeles), CA

The Company worked with the owner to secure the two franchises necessary to construct a combination five-story, 115-room, upper mid-market Hyatt Place Hotel and 100-room, upscale extended stay Hyatt House Hotel. The combined properties will have a 5,000 square foot ballroom plus over 2,000 square feet of additional meeting space. In addition to the fitness center, it will also have a café, two lounges and a large outdoor pool and gathering area for receptions and other such functions. As with the Hyatt Place – Delano, we are assisting on all facets of the development and will be charged with the pre-opening services and on-going management of the completed facility.
Rodeway Inn & Suites 29 Palms near Joshua Tree National Park – Twentynine Palms, CA

HTL ownership originally developed this highly successful, two-story, 73- key hotel as a Holiday Inn Express & Suites in 2001. As the overall market area evolved, our group developed and operated another nearby four-story, 84- key Holiday inn Express & Suites and converted this property into a boutique, full service, non-affiliated property. It was recently affiliated with Rodeway Inns & Suites, a Choice Hotels franchise. It is consistently rated as one of the best Rodeway Inns & Suites in the brand’s franchise system.
Americas Best Value Inn 29 Palms/ Joshua Tree – Twentynine Palms, CA

HTL ownership developed, constructed and manages this two story, mid-market, hotel. Constructed in 2001 it was operated without affiliation until the recent conversion into an Americas Best Value Inn. This Hotel was designed to primarily cater to the clientele associated with the nearby Twentynine Palms Marine Corps Combat Center military base as well as visitors to the nearby Joshua Tree National Park.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Twentynine Palms, CA
HTL ownership developed and managed this Hotel that opened in 2010 until it was recently sold to an associate member of the Company. The four story, property has 84 guestrooms, pool and fitness center. It continues to be managed by a member of the HTL group.
HTL Hospitality Advisors have acted as asset managers for the 214-room Hayes Mansion Hotel & Spa since December 2004 for the City of San Jose. The Property is operated by Dolce Hotels and Resorts, an affiliate of Wyndham Hotel & Resorts and HTL supervises all operational related matters as the representative of the owner. As part of our role as asset manager, we have performed an analysis of potential alternative uses of the property, including an extensive analysis of its potential as a senior assisted living facility. We have also forecasted future San Jose Citywide Transient Occupancy Taxes and assisted with the expansion of the Convention Center.
