The Hotel Consultants at HTL were selected as Hotel Asset Managers to assist with the management of this hospitality facility on behalf of the City of San Jose. This historic full service Hotel has 214-room and a conference center with over 33,000 square feet of conference and meeting facilities. The Property also includes an upscale spa facility.
Radisson Hotel & Water Park, Albuquerque, NM
Receiver and Property Manager for this 290-room, full service hotel with 26,000 square feet of meeting space and a 100,000 square foot state-of-the-art, indoor water park.
Hampton Inn, Arroyo Grande, CA
Receiver and Property Manager for this 105-room, newly constructed property. The assignment required a detailed inventory and cost estimation for completion of construction.
Hotel Pacific, Monterey, CA
Receiver and Property Manager for this 104-unit, upscale boutique hotel located in historic downtown Monterey. The two year engagement required renovation of the hotel on behalf of the Special Servicer after the foreclosure.
Lighthouse Lodge & Cottages, Pacific Grove, CA
Controlled the 95-unit, upscale, boutique hotel asset as the bankruptcy court appointed Liquidating Agent. Also completed a 363 asset sale and worked as the Property Manager before and after the sale. Completed a partial renovation of the hotel and served as the hotel broker after the renovation.

Receiver for this 67-room, full service, boutique hotel located in a suburb of Sacramento.
Eureka Ridge Shopping Center & Office Building, Roseville, CA
Functioned as the Receiver for three years including a bankruptcy filing for the 101,071 square foot, suburban retail center and 99,689 square foot office building.
