Asset Manager on behalf of the City of San Jose for this historic, 214-room, full service conference center with over 33,000 square feet of conference and meeting facilities. The Property also includes an upscale spa facility.
Receiver and Property Manager for this 290-room, full service hotel with 26,000 square feet of meeting space and a 100,000 square foot state-of-the-art, indoor water park.
Receiver and Property Manager for this 105-room, newly constructed property. The assignment required a detailed inventory and cost estimation for completion of construction.
